		<description>Hey Julie.... remember, with all of those push-ups etc. you&#039;re doing as part of WMM, you&#039;re gaining muscle while losing fat, so not too surprising that the scale isn&#039;t changing... so don&#039;t let that be a focus. Probably getting more muscle definition and more compact (eg. size 6 jeans). Thanks for sharing your experience toward a healthier lifestyle. It&#039;s encouraging to read and while I&#039;m mostly quiet, I am cheering you on (and working on my own habits). Also really funny to see that picture from the Antoinettes mall demo... I&#039;m pretty sure that&#039;s me behind you. xo</description>
